If you suspect that certain health concerns may be related to food, this at-home lab will test sensitivity levels (mild, moderate or severe) to 190 common foods. By taking this test, you will be provided with comprehensive insight on which foods to avoid in order to keep your body functioning at its best.
- Please be sure to collect and return your sample within 14 days of receipt of your lab test. All lab tests expire within 6 months of purchase

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the perishable nature of the lab kits and the analysis of biological samples, returns and refunds are generally not offered.
We will consider offering a refund or replacement on a case-by-case basis for:
- Damaged Kits: If your lab kit arrives damaged and is unusable, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. We will contact the supplier and attempt to arrange for a replacement kit to be sent. You may also contact the supplier if you prefer.
- Order Errors: If you receive an incorrect test kit, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct kit to be sent and provide instructions for returning the incorrect one.
Please note: We cannot accept returns of opened or used test kits.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days on a first come, first served basis.
Shipments occur on business days and may include Saturday as determined by carrier. In rare circumstances, your order may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or other natural phenomena. When possible, we will attempt to communicate delays to you.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Charges are based on rates determined by carrier. Delivery is based on accessibility via carrier, including to physical addresses and post office boxes.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order is processed, you should receive a carrier shipment confirmation and tracking number.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
IQ Performance Health LLC is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs, taxes, etc., are the responsibility of the customer.
DAMAGES
IQ Performance Health LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to communicate the issue. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. When possible, take a picture of the damage as evidence of shipping damage.
