Community Detox

This 7-day functional medicine detox is a perfect primer to prepare everyone for the holiday season! We offer this detox as a community event so we can share the experience and support each other as we all work to eliminate accumulated toxins and rebalance our bodies to their natural, healthy state.

Many of us struggle to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Crazy schedules, family responsibilities, and work pressures contribute to physical, emotional, and mental challenges that ultimately affect our long term health. Sometimes we just need a reset so we can release accumulated toxins, allow our bodies to heal naturally, and get back to a life full of energy and vitality with a clear mind, better digestion, and fewer aches and pains.

We will start our community detox with a kickoff seminar on Sunday, November 12 from 1-2pm at TBD.
